In the heart of Reading, there lies a secret underground cellar. This is where the Prohibition Party thrives in secret, protected by brick walls and ceilings, and away from the prying eye of the suspicious police. If you can find it, you will be entered into a world of music, drinking, dancing, and gambling. You’ll be among the city’s crime underbelly, so pick your words carefully. If you’re able to pick out these shady individuals within the crowd - speak a secret phrase to them and you’ll be rewarded with prizes and glory.
We travelled back to the 1920s and immersed ourselves in the underground world of lawless bootleggers and decadent flappers for a hush-hush reunion at the gang's lair. We were treated with live music from the era with Ma Bessie jazz trio, electro-swing and vintage remixes by Professor Gramophone, gambling tables, cocktails & moonshine infusions, giveaways... Some of us became spies, some others casting directors; most of us corrupted and some even scammed others! But in Zio's joint we were all family, dancing all evening and then some more. Thank you for a fantastic night, you sure know how to party!
